We loved this perfect stay in Hatsudai. The neighbourhood was peaceful, yet only one stop away from busy Shinjuku. It was a really cute area, with lots of local feeling restaurants and cafes. Many convenience stores to chose from. The house was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for sharing your place.

This was a cute cosy little place! Felt like a home away from home! It had everything we needed. The location was in a cute neighbourhood about a 10 minute walk to the closest train station. The apartment is upstairs of a building right next to a busy road so just be mindful of the noise that comes with that, otherwise would definitely recommend!!

Our group of 4 enjoyed the location and lodging. We did have a difficult time getting the key out of the lockbox. Once we got in we noticed how comfortable and cozy it was. The rooms were bigger than we expected with lots of closet space. The pillows are smaller than we expected. Two pillows didn’t have a cover on them and they were stained. Which I think is unsanitary. The toilet room is very small like stated in the other reviews. Be careful when going up and down the stairwell, it is steep. The garbage at the bottom of the stairwell was stacked on top of each other. We had to walk by it every time we came and went. The location is good, there are lots of stores and restaurants around. The laundry mat is located next door and is 24 hours. It was very convenient for us. For the price and location you can’t get a better deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location for people who are not trying to cover many places or rush itinerary and just want to relax and enjoy residential living since it is not located at a big station. Ikebukuro/shinjuku already has everything we need to buy/eat. Walkable to station through the shopping street. Nearby BBQ restaurant and Indian restaurant available until 10, 11 PM. Nearby supermarkets also open until midnight. Family mart, 711, Lawson all nearby. And the standing noodle bar just outside the station is a must-try, open till midnight too. Bakery harada also must eat but not open everyday. Shiinamachi station is very elder friendly with lift and escalator, 1 stop away from big station. If missed the last train, midnight uber 4 pax taxi back to house from ikebukuro station area around 2000+ yen. Trains to other popular places like Shibuya, ueno or Asakusa are fairly easy and straight forward.

We had a very enjoyable stay at 愛’s place. Getting there from the airport is very easy and straightforward, which we appreciated. It is like a home away from home, very local vibes, everything you need you will find inside the apartment (including laundry detergent!). It will comfortably fit three people but four might be a little tight, though manageable. Neighborhood is very quiet, though we hear trains passing by sometimes but it is not that loud (or we are just used to street noises). Really happy that we spent our time in Tokyo here!

没有选择错误，准确的找到小屋，羽田和成田均能一辆车到达，押上站A2出口（带电梯）对大件行李🧳友好，步行3分钟左右就能抵达，Life超市就在B3出口处，非常的方便，房屋整洁，提供的厨房锅具大小各一，东京的民宿不提供一次性牙刷，需要自行准备。非常推荐大家选择入住。
